    Our Story

    How Aspire To Birth was born

    Our founder, Louise, faced significant challenges during her first pregnancy and birth experience, struggling to locate the right resources and support for a positive outcome. Fortunately, with her second baby, she discovered an incredible hypnobirthing course, specifically KGHypnobirthing, which transformed her birthing experience. Motivated to help other parents navigate their journeys, she retrained in hypnobirthing and established Aspire To Birth. This course aims to empower mums, birthing parents, and their birth partners through comprehensive antenatal education, effective relaxation techniques, and a warm, supportive community for expectant families.
